My Transformation to Date

Yes... I know... I am terrible with my blog...but this year I am setting some serious goals for myself and will try to keep everyone updated as much as possible on all social media channels that I do... which include Facebook (www.fb.com/RadForDFitness ) on IG: Rad_For_D_Fitness and my YouTube account....can you guess what my name is there... LOL... Rad For D Fitness.

Anyways... so far to date...I have been with Beachbody since July 2012 and a coach since February 2013 so almost a full year and a year and a half of doing the programs... and I just need to say I LOVE Beachbody!!! This company has the products to help you get healthy, fit, and as a coach I earn an extra income to play around with (like going on a cruise in March.... EEEEk....my first one ever and yes I am totally stoked). During this time frame I have done several programs including Brazil Butt Lift (Leandro is still my main man and I am a total nut every time I meet the guy), Les Mills Combat, Insanity (on my second round of that now), Focus T25, and I just barely finished my first ever round of P90X. I also drink my Shakeology everyday!!!!  I use to weigh 220 lbs. and now I weigh 130 lbs. YES...you read that correctly.... I have lost 90...let me say that again....90 lbs. BOOM BABY!!!!  Never say that it cannot be done... I have done this all the healthy natural way...no surgeries...and am the healthiest I have ever been...at 30 years old... Yes... I am 30... LOL!!! 

Once again... I LOVE Beachbody and my amazing coach Megan Gutke for supporting me and getting me started with this amazing company!!!  I LOVE paying it forward and it warms my heart to hear people say that I inspired them in some way or helped them to achieve their goals. That is what this company and us as Beachbody coaches are all about... and I am so blessed and grateful to everyone!!! So Thank You.... and I hope that I can inspire so many more to live healthier and happier lives!!!
