Boom baby! Focus T25 Cardio in the books for the day!
One thing that I have always found fascinating with any program is how much you improve throughout the program! Cardio five weeks ago was not my strong suit but today I was almost able to make it the full 25 minutes without a break and without modifications! Believe me, when I first started I was modifying more than I would have thought!
However, I'm getting faster and stronger everyday and working on achieving my goals again! Woot Woot! After such great results the first time around I'm excited to see the results this time around!
So today my advice is: do not be discouraged if you are just starting! Give yourself time, stick with your program, and you will improve throughout the program! You get what you work for not what you wish for! So stay strong! Together we've got this!
