You guys...this past week has been crazy but I have tried not to let it stress me out...I want to stay positive...I want to encourage others... and I want to say Congratulations to EVERYONE in the Beachbody Challenge contest!!!! Everyone has achieved some great results and met their goals and striving to live healthier and happier lives!!!! So again... you guys are all amazing!!!!

My support this week has been incredible and I am truly blessed to have so many great people in my life! Even with the emotional "catch me off guard...people thinking I'm cheating" I maintained my positive attitude!!!! I know other people will not understand or appreciate all that I have accomplished... and that's okay....they are not ready to understand...yet! Maybe in time they too will reach for their goals and maybe then my story will inspire them! But for now... I am still pushing myself to get better....to do more.... to help others... and to stay positive!!!

You have to be your own cheerleader!!!! I think I am doing a pretty amazing job at cheering myself on and staying positive and pushing myself to become better and stronger then I ever once imagined!!! I just hope that someone else will start to dream again because of my story!!!

LOL... Okay.... I feel like I am rambling now... but I again... "THANK YOU" everyone!!!! You guys are amazing and I love and appreciate you all!!!!
