Never Give Up

There are not enough words to explain the gratitude, the blessings, the confidence, the emotions that I have undergone on this amazing journey! 

Going from the "big girl" on the block to the one that people say "you've always been little so you do not know what it's like to be big" has indeed been strange! However, I do know that feeling! I know that sinking feeling of drowning in my own self-pity, letting the depression swallow me whole, and giving up on myself! I know the tears shed for never feeling like you matter and the anger and frustration for hating yourself, your body, your emotions, and even God at times! 

I remember telling myself that nothing I ever do will make a change or matter so why even bother! I had given up on myself! 

BUT YOU WILL NOT! 

You will never give up on yourself! Why? Because I refuse to let you! I have been there and I know that change can and will happen when YOU are ready for them! So together we will make you strong enough to endure the journey of changing from Negative to Positive! We will work on achieving YOUR goals together! You are not alone! Together we can achieve anything! Like seeing you smile! Like loving yourself, your body, your emotions, and God for giving you the strength to CHOOSE to fight for yourself! 

I want you to do it, just to prove you can! I did! I proved myself wrong so many times on this journey and surpassed so many of my goals! You can do it too! 

The question is: will you?
