Holy freakin HELL!!!

Yeah, my facial expression alone should tell you how I'm feeling!!!! Lol, I freakin hurt everywhere! I did not realize how badly I have let my strength dwindle over the past year by not staying consistent! Holy freakin moly man!!!! 

Even after two months of staying consistent with my workouts and getting back on track I am still struggling and still pushing to get back to where I was!!!! I know feeling sore means I'm working on it and it's a good sore feeling but at the same time: Holy Freakin OUCHIE!!!! Lol 😫😫😫

This is why it's very important to stay consistent with your everyday actions to achieve your desired goals! It's not the goals themselves you need to focus on but the small everyday actions that you need to do consistently to reach those goals!!!! When you slack on your consistency, just remember you are slacking on what you really want!!!! Harsh maybe, but true! 

I'm realizing how much I was slacking lately and it makes me want to kick myself on top of already being sore and laugh at myself for being dumb and slacking to begin with! Lol, but that's the negative self criticism! So instead I acknowledge my mistakes, create a new roadmap, and get back onto the right road to take me where I need to go! That's the positive spin because I know I will get there I just have to stay on track and what????

Stay CONSISTENT! 😉

(BTW) my face is also scrunched up from not only the pain but this crazy drink I am trying, lol)
