30 Day Results

Ok, I didn't post it last week, so I will post my results so far with P90X3 after 30 days, for you today!!!! 

This is why looking at the scale doesn't really matter: I weigh exactly the same in both pictures!!! The difference however is I've lost several inches in my waist, hips, and thighs!!! 

Did you know that looking at the scale frequently will actually sabotage you? It will! Because when you don't think your losing weight, you stress out, and when you stress you gain weight, not lose it!!! 

So instead of looking at the scale, take measurements, take pictures, and only look at the scale once every 30 days!!! That way you don't stress your weight!!!
