YES

3 years ago I decided it was time to start "Paying it Forward" with this whole coaching thing that Beachbody offers!!!! Not going to lie: it's one of the best decisions I ever made!!!

Did I have a clue what coaching would really entail? No! Did I have a plan to become this superstar coach and kick Butt? No! Did I realize that I could actually really help someone? No! 

But what I did have was a desire to say YES!!!! Yes, I want to learn all there is about coaching! Yes I want to become a superstar coach and kick some Butt!!! Yes I really want to help at least one person become healthier and happier!!! Yes I want to pay it forward!!! 

One word: so much power behind it!!! 

YES!!!! 

What would it take to help you say yes more to learning, to growing, to helping others, to being kind, to being  happy, to being healthy?
