Oh man, I have been missing my time with Tony Horton!!! Lol, after being sick I did not mind doing weights last week instead of my normal P90X3 routine because the cardio that I did do was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 my lungs!!!! Lol, however today it was nice to get back on track to finish this program strong!!! Today was MMX! Hello Cardio!!!! Lol
However, today at the start of the workout Tony talks about pretending to fight your imaginary opponent or mostly your "fat"...lol... But I thought it was important to fight myself today!!!! Today I was fighting me!!!! And it was AMAZING!!!! I'm not in competition with anyone but myself and I think people need to realize that for themselves as well. It's not about being as good as your neighbor, your friend, your spouse, your coworker, or your family, it's ALL about being better than yourself!!!! You are your worst enemy!!! You will get in your own way!!! You are the worst critic of yourself!!!! You need to fight YOU!!!! You need to become better than you were yesterday!!!!
So today I challenge you to fight yourself! Fight against criticizing yourself! Fight against holding yourself back! Fight against the circumstances you blame others for! Fight to become better! Fight to be a positive influence! Fight to create a better life! Fight to have the life you dreamed!!!
