Let Shit Go

Well needless to say: I NEEDED my workout today!  Yesterday I learned some bad news about a topic and a person  I rarely discuss and it was clinging to me and bugging me, then I allowed myself to be dragged into pointless debates about how far our country has fallen, and let's just say other stress factors were getting to me yesterday! 

I think the only reason I didn't snap completely yesterday is because I worked out twice and was able to relieve a lot of the stress. However, the joy of a woman's mind is the simple fact that it NEVER shuts down and things constantly swirl and come back up to analyze all over again. *sigh*

But on a good note.... I got my workout done today and I'm forcing myself to get my booty to the library today for some good personal development books! I need some positive reinforcement back into my mind and personal development sure helps with that!  

Not to mention all the positive people in my life who help me to be my positive happy self! I really love and appreciate those people in my life! The rest,  need to be let go! Along with the stress and negativity that they bring!

I know I'm posting these long posts again but sometimes the mind needs to speak and social media gives us an outlet and maybe somewhere there is someone feeling the same way and this helped them to not feel so alone! So I'm speaking my mind lately! Lol
