Today it's about tough love!!!! To you but mostly for myself. There are days where you will not FEEL like working out, and not going to lie that is how I have felt all year long, but you know what: do it anyways!
I have been letting myself slack this year with excuses and issues that I have been personally having but it's time to push myself past those excuses and get myself back to where I want to be and back to feeling like myself!
This week I have not let myself miss a single workout even though all I wanted yesterday and today was a rest day! However, I pushed play and got it done!
Sometimes in life you are not going to want to do something, but if you know it's going to have a positive impact on yourself or someone else, give yourself some tough love and do it anyways! Get out of your comfort zone! Get moving! Work on yourself! Make a positive change and become a positive influence!
My goal is to work on myself so that I can be there for others who are counting on me to be at my best! 😉
