So today was a very hard morning to even get out of bed let alone getup and workout. So I was literally coming up with every excuse to not workout. I mean it's Tuesday and I will just workout tonight anyways, right? So I don't need to workout now!
Then I was scrolling through Facebook and saw something Scottie Hobbs posted. "We are creatures of habit...."
Lately I have let myself fall back into some bad habits, especially with my workouts, and I have been feeling this funk for awhile because of those bad habits. So seeing that post reminded me that I if I want to get back to "Me" and my goals that I need to create those healthy habits again!
Plus my amazing coach Megan Plaizier Gutke has helped me to realize how much better I feel once I get that workout in! And it's soooo true!!! I ALWAYS feel better after I workout!
So I forced myself to just push play and start my workout! 25 minutes goes by fast and Boom baby I'm done with my workout! I feel better and happier now, plus accomplished. I can tackle all the items on my list now with a clear and focused conscience! Woot Woot!
