Insanity Max 30

So, me being the completely forgetful person that I am, have not posted my transformation pictures from my latest programs. I am sorry about that. I swear sometimes if my head was not attached I would lose the poor thing. I am such a forgetful person. I do really good some day's and then others I cannot remember something that was discussed two minutes ago. The joys of being me!

However, something that I want everyone to realize is DO NOT BE AFRAID of taking pictures of yourself. As you make healthy lifestyle changes and start exercising, eating right, cutting out the bad stuff, and improving on your lifestyle the changes happen naturally. However we never tend to really notice the changes because we see ourselves everyday. We do not really notice. Other people do however. So keep going. They notice and they watch you.

The best way for ourselves to SEE the changes is in our pictures. So take the pictures. Do not be afraid of them. Once you get them side by side you will always be amazed at the differences you notice. Once you SEE them you finally realize how far you have come and how much you have physically (and hopefully mentally and emotionally) changed. The pictures are a great way to measure your health and fitness success. NOT JUST THE SCALE. The scale lies to us. Frequently.

Measure yourself, take pictures, weigh yourself, and then gage how you actually feel. This is the best way to gage your success. Do these steps every 60 days and gage yourself from the past 60 days. How do you feel now? How have your measurements changed? How has your weight changed? What's the biggest difference you SEE?

So that's my little piece of advice for today. Take your pictures. And then watch the changes happen. And if you need help, support, and encouragement. I am here for you!
