I know I preach a lot about Shakeology and the benefits it provides but how can I not shout it to the heavens when I not only know the benefits but see them!
Shakeology is great for weightloss, I am proof of that, but the other amazing health benefits are things you cannot see other than in the smiles of the people. I posted awhile ago about my husband's cholesterol levels and how Shakeology has helped him but today I want to share someone else with you who is near and dear to my heart.
My father!
My father is Type 2 diabetic. Did you know that Shakeology has the majority of ingredients in it that help fight and reverse diabetes? I am so super proud of my father who drinks his Shakeology every day and works hard to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. His numbers are dropping and his doctor is very happy with his results.
